It looks like a really thorough repaint job. You can see the paint ON the door vin tag. Definitely not a 97 since the vin says NA2, and also that it's a 92 w/ manual. Looks like a pretty good paint job too apparently.
Lots of little obvious details in difference in years of an nsx that gives it's age away pretty easily within a year. Like this one regardless of color or vin. Unless the car has really been torn apart then pieced together like a monster. Easiest way is the vin though, lol. But you're all owners, you probably already knew it already, lol.
Sometimes those stupid ebay programs dont' allow you to put in correct detail. Like Gen 1 vipers were always listed as "automatic". The pictures generally dont lie, people do.
