Anyone have a 2002+ NSX for sale?

You Guys are smoking if you think that the New NSX is going to be anywhere between $100K-$130K....if you recall the Gen 1 Car were listed @ $145K from 1997 thru 2005.

New Car new Technology, easy $160K-170K

^ yowzers, that's appears as one difficult sell in my books, with that price tag. With bimmers i8's set to come on board, R8's, and of course prancing horses, its going to be one competitive market.

Yes currency exchange was a big part but also import duty differences contributed. With the new car built in the USA that is going to be a substantial savings for us Canucks. NAFTA does have benefits.

I hate this thread....but

Well not really, just think about what other cars that being introduced that have similar Technologies.... McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 and what are the price points on these cars.
Plus the Canadian $ is now at 90 cents, so that needs to be factored in Acura Pricing.

More to come @ Est Fest...

Well, considering it was listed at $49k, and when it sold the sales guy at Brant said it sold for $47k, I assume this was just a flip.

It's possible, but it seems to me like a big chunk of capital was required for minimal return. If it sold at the dealer for 47K$, it was well over 50K$ with taxes, plus registration, insurance and storage... yes a few grand over the bottom line purchase price, but not a scandalous amount. In any event, the 'investment' approach to buying/owning an NSX is not doing the car and owners' community any good, I've said it before, this could be another example, though not the most extreme I've seen on this forum.

The explanation could be more mundane like the owner ran into issues and needs the funds for personal/professional reasons? Maybe he liked the car so much in the past few months that he put a deposit on a 2015 NSX? Plenty of possible reasons.

I just sent an e-mail to the owner... waiting to here back! Anyone know any more/other history about this car?

I'm really looking forward to officially joining the NSX club for some time now. Can't wait!
