Any NSX get togethers in Atlanta?

Well I have had a recent development that has rendered me unable to make a july meeting( broken ankle). Seems most everyone is pretty flexible on the dates and Jeff A had a good point about maybee waiting for summer vacation to be over.

So given that I wouldnt be able to attend anything till sometime around mid to late august and everyone seems to be more open in thier schedules in August, I vote we schedule something for around then. Of course I realize the world doesnt revolve around me....not yet at least :)
 
Have we come up with anything or is everyone still looking at one another for the answer.

I would like to propose this Sunday or next Sunday if anyone cares. I would love to see everyone!

I can make sunday, but I think it's too little too late. At this point we would probably get a small handfull instead of the dozen or so if we did it right. I think we really ought to wait for summer vacations and stuff to be over. Not to rain on the parade or anything, but I think most people are so busy they're not even reading this thread.
 
I will meet with you guys on Sunday too. I will also call Romeo and that makes 4. Any others takers? Even if it is not a large turn out, at least we can socialize, eat and drink. :biggrin:

Plus I need to meet Eiffel in person anyway. His shop is right down the block from my office and I have still yet to meet him.

I'll talk to Mark (nsxnut) and get him to blast an email out to the Atlanta group. He's our ringleader, but he's been real busy lately.

Also FYI tonight I am having our second Bike Night / Car Cruise in at Malibu Grand Prix in Gwinnett.

I am going to have the NSX and the motorcycle out there. I would love to see some of you or all of you guys come out. Donymo is right, I've been covered up, and, to top it off, my NSX is down with a broken gearbox :eek: ... kind of took the wind out of my sails :frown: . So, I'll catch Marta or something to make it to North Point... :wink:
 
This is a confirm date, It is scheduled for 6 p.m. on July 24, Sunday at Bahama Breeze. located at 10845 HAYNES BRIDGE RD ALPHARETTA GA 30022
(678) 319-9949. I made the reservation for 20 ppl. The gazebo will be reserved for our use. They no longer have valet parking, so we may need to get there a little early to reserve group parking spots.
 
Thanks, Alex, you're awesome. But, I'm in Gwinnett, so don't worry. I'll just have to use my Accord, or maybe the Legend, or perhaps the monstrous F350 crew cab, dually, long-bed, turbo-diesel ! I'll need 4 parking places :eek: !

So, I think we're up to 16(?). I don't think RacerX will make it; he is competing at Road Atlanta on Sunday.
 
I just got confirmation from Romeo that he will be attending. He will join us about 7:15PM so save him a seat!
