anti lock and exercising

Whatever you like to do. Dry pavement will work if you brake hard enough. Wet pavement is better. Just be sure it's safe to stop. You don't need to stop completely, you will hear the anti-lock kick in. That should be enough exercise.

If the light comes on, the system is disabled. You must turn the car off, and exercise within two minutes of it re-starting when the light is OFF:). Sounds like you have a stuck selonoid.

Excercise, have two beers, call us in the morning to tell us how it worked out:) LOL...................................

You could take it to Acura and have the electronic box hooked up to the glove-box. That unit will exercise the brake system and possibly unstick the solenoids. It's pretty neat fighting the brake pedal when the car is off.
