Ive gotten my compressor and tools up and running in my garage, and Ive gotta say, they rock.

Not having to loosen up the lugs prior to raising the car speeds things up a lot.

The battery impact gun works well, but it doesnt have the torque to loosen the lugs. Air tools, no issue.

And my neighbours thought they had it rough with me coming and going in my car every now and then. Now its vvvvvvvvvvvvv tak tak tak tak tak, ssssppppppppp too.

I have them all: air, corded and battery impact guns
I never use the air impact gun anymore, just too much fuss having to connect everything and wait for the pressure to build up (and also the compressor noise is irritating when waiting).
I have:
- 12V battery producing 150 Nm (really light and small) which I use for all lighter disassembly/assembly work, saves a LOT of time
- 18V battery producing 400 Nm for the wheels and other heavier jobs
- corded producing 390Nm for prolonged heavy disassembly work
Am very happy with these, almost always use the 2 battery tools and only the corded one when the others run empty.

Haven't ever felt the need to use the airtool anymore, how often do you need more than 400Nm??

Dave just like the f-f-f-f-f-farting sounds - make him laugh!

I've been thinking about a bottle of Nitrogen - can be used for air tools and is great for filling tires, no farting sounds, and always ready to go, no need for a electric pump to charge it.

That's exactly what I'm going to do.That's what we use at the track and it's great.Only thing is if you use tools like die grinders the tanks don't last long.
