I imported a nsx from the us and from the post I've read here I will need bilingual air bag warning labels.I contacted an Acura dealer and was told I couldn't buy a sticker but had to buy the hole viser and they could only get the drivers side.Is there anyone here that has a digital image that i could bring to a local sign shop to get made into a sticker.

I haven't been to canadian Tire yet.

Just tought I needed it after reading some posts here.

The CDN tire guys are dumb - I told them the child restraint anchor was in the map pocket and they said OK - if they hassle you just go to another CDN tire or come back in an hour when the shift changes!

yes i agree , most can tire eployees are lazy and dumb, heh !
go to another one

Actually I just bought the child restraint anchor and it says right on the package to keep in glove box when not in use.So I don't think the can force me to have it installed.Besides it says in the manual the nsx is not recommended for child seats.

Out of curiosity were is this anchor even supposed to be installed.

When I did mine I found a label resized it to fit the T-Model visor, took it down to a local sign shop had the sticker made up in vinyl worked great cost me like 15~20 bux to have a few made up. Crappy tire did check mine... probably because the manager personally didn't want anyone else touching the car, he had never seen an NSX up close before, peeled them off soon as I left the parking lot.

Here ya go... This is what I used:

Thanks bud. That's perfect.I'd rather have them on than to have to go back.Especially that it's winter and I can't drive it there so I have to loaded in an enclosed trailer.

LOL at the Crappy Tire stories :)

I took mine there last spring for the e-test and the douchebag rashed my rear rim getting it on the dyno. It was small, and I didn't go off on them but they felt like shit.

I also brought a car in from the US in Sept.
I just checked my out of province inspection report. No mention of Airbag or child seat mount?
Maybe an Alberta thing?
The only mod required was Day Time Running Lights.

I'm all done with the RIV inspection.I bought the child seat restraint kit, had stickers made and installed daytime running lights. Then went to canadian tire and the guy walked outside and looked at the date of manufacture wrote it on the form stamp it and it was done.So I guess I did all that for nothing. At least I hadn't stuck the labels on the visers and just had them in the dash.
