Aftermarket Wheel Weight Comparison

Very nice comparisons of different wheels. Sorry to bring up an old thread but what are the units measured on the scale? I'm assuming they are in pounds? Reason I'm asking is that I'm in the market for new rims but here in Australia we use kilogram.

I just weighed my 1991 OEM wheels on our commercial machine in our shipping department. These wheel weights do not include the hubcaps or any balance weights. The size is in inches, weight is in pounds.

Front, 55 15X6-1/2JJ: 20.156
Rear, 60 16X8JJ: 25.71

I was mounting on new Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 so I will list those tire weights here in pounds:

205/50R15: 15.562
225/50R16: 18.899

That's quite a difference from the weights in the Wiki...

I'm also interested in seeing some 15/16 and 16/17 weights also...

CORRECTION: Aftermarket Wheel Weight Comparison

What is the weight of stock NSX NA1/NA2 Rims?

I just weighed my 1991 OEM wheels on our Pitney Bowes commercial machine in our shipping department. We ship Honda parts all over Western Washington and it has to be accurate or we hear about it from FEDEX, UPS, and other freight companies.

These wheel weights do not include the hubcap, valve stem, or any balance weights. The OEM wheel size shown is in inches, weight is in pounds.

Front, 55 15X6-1/2JJ: 15.562
Rear, 60 16X8JJ: 18.899

I was mounting on new Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires. Here are those tire weights in pounds:

205/50R15: 20.156
225/50R16: 25.71
