I will reply privately about my experiences with this place. After having my NSX for 10 years, I've seen many managers, but this one takes the cake!. Actually avoiding looking at car, probably because they don't have competent NSX mechanics. Guess I'm traveling out of Rhode Island for servicing.

Dennis, you understandably seem upset. However, it would be helpful to the NSX Prime community to understand the nature of your concerns by posting in some detail the chain of events that led to your dissatisfaction. Often, this allows us to provide a perspective that might end up helping you, and at the very least it forewarns others of what they might expect (or need to avoid) in visiting this dealership in the future. Obviously, this is your perogative, and if you are not comfortable talking in detail of your experience we can understand and appreciate that. But in case you are on the fence as to whether to post or not, take a peek at the archives -- you will find numerous instances where individuals have shared their personal experiences (positive and negative) with their Acura dealerships to the benefit of everybody included.

Just my thoughts. I hope you find a Acura dealership to your liking soon.
