Why would the subject fan blow on the highest setting, but not blow on any of the slower speed settings? No other switches or knobs were changed.

In addition to the TSB info, the problem can be in the control unit itself. Marc W. came up with a DIY for the control unit.

For other reasons, I have been pulling the clock fuse that is located under the front hood. In addition to the clock this circuit affects the ECU, radio and.........AC! No mas problemo.
