Abs & Tcs

If I may ask, I have been away for awhile and not used my car. Upon taking it out for the first time, both the ABS & TCS lights came on the dash and do
not go out during use. Any suggestion as to what to look for for correction?
Also what damage will occur if trying to use the vehicle? Thanks for your time.

Driving with the p-brake on one click for about 30 seconds will disable the ABS and TCS in that manner. It's possible that your parking brake has not fully disengaged.
