ABS system different on Left vs. Right hand drive?

I'm looking at buying a used ABS Accumulator and Modulator from a gentleman in Japan, and it's from a right hand drive car. Does anyone know if it's a different part than what I need for my left hand drive car? It's mounted on the opposite side of the car.

I'm studying pictures of it, but wondered if anyone knew for sure.

For the record -

After studying the pictures, it's clear that the ABS modulator from a left hand drive car will not fit a right hand drive car. The whole unit would have to be rotated 180 degrees, which would put the fluid reservoir in the back which interferes with the master brake cylinder.
