Wrong side of the bed today Mermi? No one is being insensitive here, just commenting.

The Red writ is in reference to all of your posts in red, not the typical black that is the default of the bulletin board software.

We appreciate your insight on this board, but the fact is you would have been raked over the coals many times by now from some of the less thoughtful members (Armando included) if it was not for your gender and your appearance. Just an observation.

BTW, are you still heading for the Dragon?

Just wait until I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, before I start slamming Mermi. :smile: Wait, is it "wrong side of the bed" or "wrong bed"? :confused: :biggrin:

BTW - in my book, being attractive (male or female) is not insulation from being blasted. Right Paris? :redface:

I am honored that you remember her name from three years ago.....but my post was meant to be in jest, so I don't think she'll wallop me with a skillet. :biggrin:

Maturity=Respect .... period.
Support ALL Cancer Survivors... It can happen to ALL of us, regardless of race, age, SES, etc.
XOXO *Mermi*

I'm sorry, Dawn, but that is flawed thinking. We're supposed to respect people simply because they have cancer?

Haha.....i'm sure there are some vile bitches out there with breast cancer and some real dicks with prostate cancer.

Think you're being a bit sensitive here.

Just fyi...my father had cancer a couple years back.

male,female,rich or poor cancer knows no gender or status.My mother has just recieved an operation for breast cancer only to be told she has got cancer of the spine and the liver.Now we take every day as it comes and hope that they can find a way of relieving her pain as much as possible.Please,lets not bicker on this site.It's only when it happens to someone you love that you truly start to realise how lucky you are to be healthy.

Is that right? But opinions are just like(Insert asshole hat here) everyones got them. Seems as you are a bit confused over the difference between "raking someone over the coals" and simply disagreeing.

March 6, 2004, I was diagnosed with grade 3 brain cancer. After surgery, 14 rounds of chemo and 6 weeks of daily chemo and radiation combined - I bought my NSX!!! One of 5 cars I always wanted and finally own (the others I recently bought '32 Ford 3 window, Shelby 427SC Cobra, '61 Austin Healey BT7 and '02 Chrysler Prowler).

Prostate Cancer has the greatest fundraiser know to man - Cruisin' For The Cure. Held each year in Southern California, it is billed as the single largest one day car show in the country. Check out www.cruisinforthecure.com. One car that is never represented at this show - NSX. So if you want to do something to support a "man's" issue, let's make a showing at next year's event.

Any takers? Cancer can't kill me so you know I will be there with my rides.
