A/C Fan blows only on full blast

I removed and replaced the center console, climate control and radio.

Now the A/C fan only blows when I turn the knob to full blast.

Anybody know what I might have done wrong?

This full-speed symptom is fairly common. But, since you have had the console apart, a bad connection could do it, or the CCU or associated connectors may have been damaged. You will need to measure the leads to the Power Transistor, if you are able to use a voltmeter, and analyze the results obtained while moving the Speed Control through its full range. I assume you have the Service manual.

I have the same problem. I never got it fixed. I just keep procrastinating on ordering another indash CC. Mine only blows on high, and COLD! If i turn the left knob(the temp controler) to warmer, it shuts off. And If i turn the fan to med or low, it also turns off. So, I'm thinking its the indash I have to change out.

Service Manual 22-40 Flow Chart for Blower Motor Speed indicates a possible continuity problem with the 30P connector that plugs in the cc unit above the radio. Check for continuity/short in the LT GRN/BLK (No.8) wire between the power transistor and climate control unit.
