A better, easier to replace CAM Plug

Why hasn't Someone ever made a cam plug like this:
Easy removal and replacement.

it needs to be able to handle the heat though.

maybe because rubber deteriorate in heat?

it would be easy if honda/acura HADN'T made the cam shaft go INSIDE the cam plug.

then it would just be a case of lifting the end clamp and replacing, instead of having the lift the cam to get the cam plug out...

....they managed it on their other vtec engines, soooo frustrating when there is a slight leak of oil!

You can do this and replace the under cam O-rings too
