There's a White/Tan 98-T advertised in the marketplace with every Comptech option besides Supercharger and body kit. Low miles and very well maintained. I was with my friend when he bought it and I've driven it many times.

I just got my 97-T with 25k and paid 48k. And think i got a deal . If your patient you may find one, but i think you setting a narrow band to choose from. I know someone on here who got a 97 w/ 7k miles for 47k. Another got a 98 w/ 20k for 47k. Another 98 with 31k for 46k. And all were from dealers. All were accident free. I think a 98 with 45k miles for 45k is fair market price for a dealer or private seller.

Wait for the color you want and get your cash ready, if you are a real buyer.
