Hey guys I have DC headers on my nsx and I can't figure out how to replace the front O2 sensor I am getting code 41, car is running fine but the CEL is on..anyone know of a write up on this? The sensor end is just about touching the firewall and can't get to it from top or bottom???

The 02 sensor is located just rear of the oil pan underneath. Actually the easiest one to get to:). A little tight, but not too bad. Use a good o2 sensor wrench. Remove/install new one, connect wires. Reset CEL by removing the 7.5 amp clock fuse, drink beer:).

Hey LarrB,

I have already replaced the down stream but the CEL is still on, I need to replace up stream, pre-cat and that is the one I can't figure out how to get to, any help would be appreciated....

What do you mean "downstream", a 1994 car has only 2 sensors, front and rear in front of the cat?

You just might have the early 95 production year ODB2 cars. My 95 is one and have had a heck of a time getting O2 sensors working and connecting a scanner to ECM for trouble shooting (see page 2) http://nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=142908 I have the early exhaust on my 95 car and had to have Pro-Speed make me custom Cats with the front and rear bungs to install the 4 O2 sensors required for the ODB2 cars. You may have to unbolt the Cat to get access to the sensor, will need a new exhaust gasket.
