Okay, I had a look at that service bulletin. I don't think there is any difference at all between 1991-1993 and 1994 rear view mirrors/mirror attachment.
If your mirror is losing its luster, a rear view mirror from a '91-'95 Acura Legend is a direct bolt-in replacement. The Legend mirror is about an inch wider, but not excessively wide, and the housing is a bit thicker. Other than that it is very similar to the oem mirror and once installed fits well ergonomically and the stock Acura look and finish blend right in with the stock interior. It has the same flip-up feature as the original mirror. I replaced my foggy original rear view mirror with one of these.
