9006 hids?

I am buying a universal 6k hid kit in advance. what kind of bulbs do nsx use? I am thinking it's a 9006 am I right? thanks in advance.

The headlight housings on the NSX do not lend themselves to generic kits the way some other cars do. You can't just "plug and play". I would recommend against buying any kit that's billed as a universal kit. Especially with the Science of Speed kit, custom-designed for the NSX, on the market at such a reasonable price.

thanks for ur advice. but is it a 9006 bulb? cuz my friend's perf shop is closing down and he is selling it for $400 for the purple and blue look. thanks for replying

The stock bulb is a 9006 bulb but it's surrounded by the headlight unit, in a way that prevents so-called "universal" replacements from having enough room to fit. You're asking for mega problems in order to save a couple hundred bucks. Not worth it.
