Mike, we went last year and posted a lot of pics. Had a good time. I would like to hook up with you and head down. Will the Zinardi come out?

Im going but no big drive planned. I live in Sea Bright, its only like a 5 minute drive. The Zanardi will not be coming out, she's still in storage. Im in the process of building a "garage mahal" so Im sure you'll be seeing it soon enough.

I notice there are no license plates on the FXX. Is it even possible to register one of those for the street?

What I find interesting is the new 599 GTO is streetable and faster than the Enzo. I'm not sure how it compares to the FXX. Any idea?

From what I know its a awesome street car but many feel the price of admission is alittle high and thats from people I know who have orders on
458's

The FXX was trailored there and is not street legal

The FXX was not titled for the street and was trailered in to this event last year. It is a track car. A couple of other new F-cars were also trailered in from 3 dealerships so they basically had less than 50 miles on them. Many of the cars that were driven, came down the GSP from Montvale service area up North where they met for the start of the caravan. I remember entering the parkway a few exits down from there as they were flying by.........man were they loud!!!

Indeed the fxx is track only sporting 750 hp.There is a track program that allows owners track time with technical factory support in both US and Europe.Each car has a telemetry system that the factory in Italy can access.Essently it is an owner arrive and drive program, entry point at least 1 million US.

This was a fun event on Sunday. We started at the rest area GSP in Montvale where about 15-18 F-Cars and a Ford Gt (Roger?), a GT-3, Aston Martin, etc. drove down the parkway to Red Bank. It was about 65 miles, but with a NJ State Police escort, we made it there in about 35 minutes. Average 100 mph in the fast lane, I did hit 120 at one point and could noway catch the white and red GT-3 P-Car. His brakes are “unbelievable!” Here are some early morning pics from Montvale which are followed by pics at the event in Red Bank. Sorry I could not find you Mike. :smile:

I know the original owner of this car and this color was a special order and done at the factory.

Great time! I got there at about 2:30ish. I looked like it was going to rain so I went a little early. As much of a car fanatic I consider myself to be....I saw some cars I've never even seen before. The Bugatti, an Enzo, some awesome F430's, same wacky Aston Martin, the CGT. Really amazing stuff. The town of Red Bank is really nice. Even picked up some sneakers at Urban Outfitters:biggrin:

I'd love to see pics of you guys when you were in your late 20's/early 30's. Did they have cameras back then? :tongue::wink::biggrin:

But no, I didnt get any cargo shorts. Just neon green and black Nike's:biggrin:
