550cc Fuel Injectors

I would like to know if anyone has had experience with 550cc fuel injectors. What performance increase was noted and please give brand name of injector and cost if possible.

550 injectors coupled with what other mod?
Replacing the injectors by themselves won't do squat for performance unless you are forcing more air in to require a corresponding requirement for more gas.

Not to mention it will make the ECU hunt a lot more in closed-loop to maintain the correct mixture then run way rich in open-loop screwing up your engine.

Hi mstubbs,
I've yet to see a set of 550's needed on any NSX setup( IMO). 440's on a SC w/ an AEM is a pretty normal setup. Not only messing with the A/F ratio and MAP w/ a custom setup on your AEM, theres also the concern of cylinder wash too!
However I'm curious to hear others opinion

I think the point is that although not stated, it was implied that the engine is more or less stock, so simply switching to larger injectors is all bad and no good.
