Carfax shows how usfull it really is again.
After digging a bit more on this car I was sent this e-mail from one of the NSXCA Florida chapter guys.

This car has had problems.
1) Damaged at a track event at Sebring, right rear quarter panel and bumper replaced and repainted.
2) Tranny problems (currently has the stock 6-speed)....has been worked on by Orlando Acura dealer who refused warranty work because of presence of supercharger.
If you're looking for a track car, this might be a good one. The price is reasonable but I would pay upper 50's for this car knowing what I know. As far as a pristine garage queen that is immaculate and flawless, look elsewhere.

This one was discussed in Feburary '02 here. It was first on Ebay, then Mercedes of Tampa had it for sale. It sat at the Mercedes dealer for almost 2 months - no takers. Was advertised almost every week.
Seems like if it was a nice one it would have been sold.
Also heard about the problems - be very careful and have it inspected!

I wrote the owner of this car immediately after the Ebay auction ended (it was under reserve and I was not interested for myself) and was told it was sold.
Anyone here own it?
