Hello everyone,

I am requesting information on the major differences between the two NSX motors, the 3.0 and 3.2. I was wondering how the 3.2 increased the displacement from the 3.0 motor. Is it due to a bigger diamter bore, or a different crank. Is the block the same size? I am seeking information on this matter due to that I was thinking about purchasing a 91-95 nsx and seeing if I can duplicate the power and specs of the 3.2 engine. Any information to this topic will be greatly appreciated.

You can use search function or look at FAQ in this site. There are numerous information on this topic in this forum.

Good luck!

The displacement increase is due to a larger bore. There are many other differences in the '97+ cars, but if you throw headers and exhaust on a 3.0L and you'll probably have about the same peak HP.
