Just got back from fishing the WMO in Ocean City, Md last week. We only caught two fish all week. One was my first marlin ever, a blue that weighed about 450lbs. They need to be 500 to weigh for the tournament. We estimated it to be just short of 500 so we released it. When we got back to the docks, I got my ceremonial dunking in the canal.

2nd fish came on Friday (the last day of the tournament) at 3:20pm. That's 10 minutes from lines out at 3:30...end of the tournament!!! We knew it was a decent fish, but there were already some good ones on the leader board. Our white marlin weighed in at 85lbs and second place!! This fish would've have won 1st place in the last 27 years of the tournament!!!

Felt great to beat out some of the best fisherman out there and to hear a couple thousand people cheering for us.
