2017 NSX a lemon in beautiful clothes

Anyone have problems with new NSX
i have had problems since the 2nd week,
Bad Thermostat, battery dies, brakes vibrate at 116 mph Of course nothing is wrong, launch control works most times, bubbles in rear bumper over exhaust pipes, adaptive transmission terrible, car has been in service for 5 out of 19 months,
recall has taken me out for 3 weeks. NSX phone lines doent even answer of call back. Car is great when it works, I track the car, but Acura treats the owners terrible, service thru Ohio technicians sucks, buy an AUDI before this car. Audi treats its owners much better. Don't believe anything they say

If your car has been out of service for more than 30 days why haven't you Lemon Law returned the car. I have a 2017 NSX and it's had it's share of nagging issues, but fortunately it hasn't been out for longer than necessary repairs to be made. I agree 100% about Acura's customer service. It flat out sucks.
 
Ouch - that sounds horrible. I’ve had zero of those issues minus the recall being scheduled. Haven’t heard anything negative from any owners on transmission. You should absolutely lemon law If its been in shop for 150+ days.
 
zero issues. Acura has been incredible. GM of dealership incredibly accommodating. Recall allowed me to pick my dates. Treated me great.

Mine went perfectly also. All good. Only issue was getting the loaner... not very efficient. Lady went on and on that she saw me at McDonald’s that morning. Uh, not me... amusing and annoying.

Still amazing it’s all fixed (recall), but still nothing officially from Acura.

Yet if it turned into a cluster-f and time elapsed I would have done the lemon process.
 
WOW.... That's a lot of problems, sorry to hear about your struggles. I have been happy with my car and have had no major issues (knock on wood), although I have had some annoying creaking in the dash panels around each windshield pillar...... Otherwise, my car has performed flawlessly, (knock on wood again) Mine goes in for tanks next week, fingers crossed. I have not found the NSX specialists to be particularly helpful.

If eligible, I think pursuing the lemon law certainly makes sense. Sounds like a lemon to me, and the kind of car the law was develop for. I'm ignorant of the process. Is the dealer obligated to provide a new car or cash refund???
 
I've had zero issues after 6000 miles and four hard track days. Mine fell into the range for all three recalls, which are being done today. It happens. I've had several recalls on my various Lexus GS's over the years as well, and they are the best overall sedan I've ever owned.

Acura dealers definitely vary in their service levels, that's part of what has damaged the brand over the years. I've used Zimbrick in Madison, WI, for nearly 20 years and they are great. Still many of the same sales and service people. My wife's MDX had this weird sound that was unpredictable and impossible to reproduce. Their top tech went for a ride with me and even though I couldn't get it to make the sound, as we were talking he said it sounded like a loose intake panel. To me it sounded like differential chatter, so I was skeptical. 8 months later and it hasn't made the sound again after he replaced the fasteners.

For what it's worth, I've had three 911s and Porsche dealers have the same issues.

Anyway.... sorry to hear of your troubles. It's a shame corporate hasn't kept a stronger handle on the consistency of the dealer network. It definitely sounds like a lemon law case depending on your state laws. Good luck.
