Depends entirely on how much you abuse them. Those that track their cars have gone through a set of pads after one or two track days, even with CC brakes.
If you are going to track the car you'll burn through both kinds of pads, and the ceramic rotors. If you aren't going to track the car the CCB will last for about 100k miles.
