Looks like a CRX rear half to me. I'm not impressed. Who would want to pay $100k+ for that? It sounds like they're going after the GTR. .. but I'm afraid the only people that would buy a GTR are the ones that can't actually afford it. It seems like you'd be much better off getting a Gallardo if you're already in that price range.
im pretty sure we all have to say goodbye to the manual shift sooner than we'd like...there hasnt been one serious sports/exotic car that ive liked come out recently WITHOUT the f1 clutchless paddle shifter(i know the clutch is built-in). is the new GTR even offered in a stick because all articles ive seen with the car had NO manual. my current crush besides an NSX is the Ferrari 360 Challenge...ONLY comes with paddle shift.
at any rate, the current version NSX is so loved and iconic, any "new" version will meet some skepticism...but personally im glad a new version is coming out to carry the spirit. just hope its as good as the first. im looking forward to seeing "NSX" in current magazines again.
^ Nope, it won't be available in stick, however, there are rumors it will be an option in a couple of years (and/or available in the v-spec). We will see....
Looks like an early '90s car design with a body kits on :frown: Proportion and stance is in the Prelude/350Z/ class--- far from the NSX silhouette indeed.
Everyone realizes that the above photo is an artists rendition of the car, right? The car you see is camouflaged and hides most all of the body lines. Take a closer look, as there is added panels to hide the real car beneath. Who knows, it might be a refreshing design, unlike the catfish look of the GTR.
