I really don't know how he is still in business, I am sure if you buy one of these you won't have to worry about him limiting the production to 24. I will bet he doesn't even make 10 of these total, there isn't that many more people he can screw over with 225K.

Yeah, I've heard the horror stories. I'm surprised he's even still alive! Is he still shady? Or did he clean up his act?

I haven't heard too much about him lately but it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

Once a crook always a crook!

What happened? I would love to hear this story.

I once heard he would take parts off one car and put on another to make it appear he was further along in the job than he actually was.
Spending customer $$ on other things.

One of my customers has a Venom 600 or 650 or whatever the # is. But in the end when it was dynoed, it wasn't much better than stock. Not sure what he did in trying to remedy it, but I know the car was then sent up north to Archer Racing for the proper treatment. Now its a road race beast that he drives on the street.

Why does that ebay listling look like a scam to me? I have seen those pictures before on a different website, I mean wouldnt you have the money to buy a dig cam and take some more pictures. I don't know, maybe I'm going crazy, but I think I'm right.

No I don't agree with you.

To all the naysayers, yes, his business was "questionable" in the past. However, if you go to their website as linked from E-Bay, you will see that his company is now a subsidiary of another company. Parent company cleaned up child company's act.

Maybe, but I couldn't find any info on GITG, Inc. (parent company). It could very well be a corporation setup by Hennessey himself. If this is so, then it doesn't really help with the credibility of his firm.
