Maximus_NSX: it looks like it was physically pushed. OEM uses a very high grade material that should not deform like this. Try to get the dealer to cover it under warranty, but the likely fix is to take it off and reinstall it. I've seen exhausts burn the valence and there is no hint of it warping.
Thanks nsxpowered. I actually forgot to update this post as I got it fixed under warranty. It was a screw or something that was not pushed in all the way. It looks perfect now.
