2002+ OEM Wheels on a 1992 NSX

HONDA MADE A CONSCIOUS DECISION TO GO WITH SMALLER WHEELS WITH THESE CARS,AS PART OF THE LIGHTER EXOTIC CAR THEME,AND USED ALL THAT EXPENSIVE,TRICKY ALUMINUM.THIS ALSO GAVE MORE ROOM INSIDE,A PROBLEM IN A LOT OF SPORTS CARS.
Yes, the "room inside" was a primary limitation that resulted in smaller wheels up front. They wanted the driver to be comfortable with enough room for legs straight ahead, without the wheel wells impinging on legroom for the driver.

It looks like these are the 15 MM spacers I would need for the front.

Those spacers will not work, you need a center bore of 70.1mm

Also, while you could use the 15mm and install longer studs, why not simply get 25mm all around, then you can use the bolt on type and no need to change studs.

Thanks everyone for their input. It helps alot.

I currently have 94 Gunmetal wheels on the car. I just got some Tien S.Tech spring that I am going to install soon.

Yes those will be the spacers but you must fit the longer studs as well. If you leave the original studs on the hubs then you woun't have enough thread turn on your lugs nuts to secure the wheel properly/safely

I ran the same setup on mine. 15mm front, 25mm rear. I was lowered on Bilsteins. The last pic is 25mm front and rear.

A 25mm spacer will work just fine in front, if you can find it, a 20mm will work too, since the 02-up wheel has a small space.

I found a HUGE difference in ride from adjusting tire pressure BTW.

I bought a 20mm spacer today and it will not work with 02+ wheels, the spacer will not clear the factory stud.

That has been discussed on here before, only the 15 works with 02 wheels bc they don't have enough space. There is a pic of it in another thread too, did you search the wheel/tire forum?

Good news is someone with an s2000 or 94-01 wheels might want your 20mm.

15mm will not work as well, if you are running 02+ wheels and you want to use spacers with integrated studs you have to use at leat 25mm front or rear.

If you have longer studs pressed in you can use any spacers you want.

You are correct, I meant 25 not 15. 15 would mean even more stud poking out.
