Manual trans only... no black or white... No body modifications... Budget ceiling is $45k. Needs to be CLEAN with a SPOTLESS history

Not to be abrupt, but its amazing how many NSXs are out there now that owners feel should be commanding beyond top dollar and are 6 owners with a clear spotty history.
