1994 NSX - Grand Prix White / Onyx - 5-speed - 1 of 20 built - Meeyatch1

Taitec JGTC Parallel Exit. It was the only exhaust that looked stock, AND sounded like the car SHOULD have from the factory. When you start the car it barks at you and lets you know it means business, accelerating it makes a viscous growl, highways it is quiet and easy to live with, yet when you jump on the gas you can hear it for miles around. The perfect storm. :)

Thank you! :)

Wheels:
Volk CE28 Time Attack (SPECIAL HONDA EDITION - Championship White)

Front: 17 x 8 (ET38)
Rear: 18 x 9.5 (ET39)

Tires:

Front: 215/40 - 17 (Yokohama S-Drive)
Rear: 255/35 - 18 (Yokohama S-Drive)

Suspension:
Bilstein Sport Shocks (on upper perch)
Eibach Pro-Kit springs

Tint: 20%

Thank you for the info.

Your wheel/tire combo is very close to what I would like to run, unless I find a particular set of wheels .
And the way it looks on your car is really reassuring for me.

How do you like the S.drives? I was also looking at them as my choice for tires.

20%!!! It looks like 10-15% to me. Wow.

I absolutely love the S.drives. I am on my second set, and they are wonderful. I have even driven them at the track, and they have tons of grip, and are very predictable. They ride well, are not noisy, and are an all around great tire. I will keep buying them until they stop making them.

Yes, the tint looks darker because of the black top, but it is 20%. :)

What wheels are you looking for?

That's very good to hear.

If I can't find the specific wheels I want, I would most likely go with a set of Advan RG-D's and use S.drive tires as they have a certain size for a 17-inch front I would like to try out.
But the wheels I truly want and am trying to get are the NA-1 NSX-R five-spoke wheels. And I would put some Advan Neova AD08 tires on them.

I just got a new set of AD08s for my stock five spokes and I love them, such an awesome tire.

Yeah, I figured the black top attributes to the look of the tint. But your pictures really make the tint look comparable to the tint I had on this Championship White Integra GSR I had a while back. It's tint turned out to be 9% (I found that out the hard way, via a ticket).

That is EXACTLY the wheels I wanted to get before I got these. I just could not find a set from anyone that was not a potential scam artist. LOL!

With the windows tinted to match the trim it looks so sleek on top. Love your ride man!

Thank you! It brings me lots of joy. :)

The black top with the tinted windows seems to stay more true to the jet fighter canopy look, in my opinion.

Damn Mitch. The more I see your car, the more I want to do things to my car. You're just trying to tempt me aren't you, lol.

And then with the added tint comments, sigh. I'm getting really close to making that tint decision. I was even discussing it with my dad today while we were running errands around town (in the NSX ).

LOL!! If you really look at it, I have not done that much to the visual part of the car. A little lower, window tint, and wheels. The exhaust, sway bars, and other stuff, are all 'invisible mods' really. I have a spare set of new rear wheels if you can find a set of fronts. We could be twins! :)

I recommend the window tint 100%. Makes a difference visually, and also make the interior even more protected from damaging UV rays on the leather seats and other pieces that would be subject to fading and drying.

That's what I love about your car! That's my kind of style .
Haha, thanks for the offer, we shall see...

I'm on the the tipping point of getting tint, lol.
Speaking of the seats, I need to do something to them soon, haven't done anything but sit in them for the past year... :frown:

Loving the ce28's! Makes me wish i would have gone with them instead of gtc's. That red trim sets them off!

What's with the bra? Did you put it on for the bugs on a long road trip, btw I love the simple sleek look of white nsx's

Yes. I took off the 3M Clear Bra, and have not had time to put the fresh material on, so in the meantime I have the OEM bra to keep it free of damage.

Thanks! I think I have the only set with proper NSX offset in the country. There was one other set, but I think that guy had his car stolen. :frown:

Mitch the car looks superb!

I noticed the Acura of Barrie plate holder and had I known I'd have liked to have said hello this summer. We were at the cottage north of barrie for 3 weeks...

Next time with our cars!

Let me know! We have family there and are in Barrie quite often (wife is actually on the way back from there right now). We have even been considering heading up there on a more permanent basis.

Acura of Barrie is always shocked to see my NSX. Evidently there are not a lot that go in there. LOL! I did see a Berlina Black on Dunlop by Pizza Pizza heading into downtown though several months ago....and boy was it dirty! Almost looked brown.
