1991 NSX Fuse panel???

Hey guys, how do I get into the fuse panel under the driver side ?? My radio is not powering up. I found the box but can't open it.

Can anyone help me here? Is this where the radio fuse is?

There should be a round toggle handle that you rotate 90 degrees and simply pull the carpeted fuse panel cover off.

As far as the fuse number is concerned, I don't have my service manual handy but you can search "Dali nsx service manual"
