But I can't imagine driving an automatic car. It seems about as wrong as an electric car.

here are a few actual reasons to save the stick.

1 a person that can drive stick is a better multi-tasker.
2 a person that can drive stick is a better driver in traffic.
3 a manual transmission car is the best saftey as you cant text and drive with a stick ( well you can but only after years of doing it )
4 a women that can drive stick is automaticlly hot..... even a 350lb beast if she drives stick she is hot. LOL
5 a person that can drive stick gets road rage faster in standing traffic.
6 a person that refuses to learn stick will never know what they are missing.
7 a person that can drive stick while your GF/wife is on your lap getting busy and can still shft is a level 10 master.
