10/25 Bear Mountain Cruise Coverage

had a lil pre game meet at some mall with the boys (350z, turbo s2000, a4)

my boy doing some maintenance work while waiting for the a4 to arrive

my boy a4 finally arrived... then we headed out

some cf whoring :green:

when we got to bear mountain, we were "supposed" to meet up with a bunch of other cars like 350z, audi, etc... but we ended up tagging along another convoy who we didnt know... i didnt have a choice haha. the parking lots were all packed, so we decided to tear up the mountain side and get some lunch and parked in some farmer's market thing :idk:

after lunch, we headed out back to bear mountain. the passage to the top was closed, so we ended up going to the bottom of the mountain somewhere to this HUGE parking lot

the exige is literally a gokart for the streets

it was one of those last minute things haha

it was only me, the 350z, the s2000, and the a4. we didnt know the others but they were cool about us tagging along

I was up at Bear Mountain last Sunday too. I saw your convoy pass as I was eating at the Rhodes Restaurant. I went up with 3 Supras and a Spyker. One of the design engineers for the Spyker was in the country as they are doing a track / press day today. It is a very interesting car and they were even nice enough to let me drive it. I wish I had taken a picture of the interior as it has the most novel shifter I have ever seen. 400hp and 2800 for anyone curious about the stats.

Unfortunately I did not drive my car as the front tires need replacing and I didn't want to push my luck on Bear Mountain. Looking back I should have driven it as those roads are too fun to pass up. I should pick up some tires this week so I can make it back before the season ends.

NSXRguy, Let me know the next time you go to the Ledgewood meet as I will head down. I heard from another forum that a yellow SC NSX was there and I have to assume that was you.

Yeah, the Spyker is not for everyone. Which is a good thing as it costs $230k. Throw up a post the next time you head to Bear Mountain if you want a couple more cars to join in. I know a few cars that are always up for a run.
