I searched and couldn't find any history on this NSX here.
I emailed with one of the Sales at the dealership.
They've had it at the dealership for 3 years and have an "emotional attachment" to the car. They are not motivated to sell it but would if it came down to it.
(in other words, pay the dealers inflation price to get it)
Sounds like someone at the dealer, possibly owner, may have owned it and just wants it to sit on the floor looking pretty.
