02 Headlight pricing, does this seems a bit high?

I just found a set of 02 headlights locally. It also has clear turn signals, which supposely cost $450 to do. The seller is asking $1950 for the headlights alone, does this seems a bit high just for the headlights? They do look much nicer than regular 02 headlights with amber/yellow turn signals, but frankly the clear turn signals does not worth the additional $450 for me.

Downforce is selling at $1500 a set.
Dali is also offering the headlights at same price.
Acura has it listed as $650 per headlight.

Any other recommendations or suggestions will be greatly appreciated:smile:

question the price you have posted from downforce, dali and acura.

the price seems better, but does that include the mounting brackets or the HID bulbs and ballasts? did you add in sales tax too? it may cost more than you'd expect.

the local guy's deal might be a better deal.

The local guy's $1950 deal is for the pair of headlights only, nothing else.

Downforce and Dali's prices are also for the pair of headlights only, nothing else, I plan to pick up the lights first, then purchase aftermarket HID kit, and mounting kit from Dali.

Not sure if this is correct #s, the Acura's listing price before NSXCA discount for the complete headlight kit is $2262.20 including everything. Headlights alone is $658.02 each. The oem hid alone is $745.12. So I came up with a final total of $1517.08 for a pair of headlights + all necessary mounting items, minus oem hid kit. Not sure if the figure I came up with is a bit too optimistic.
