'02 23K miles $37K JH4NA21622T000048

I also noticed this car yesterday. My Carfax/Autocheck account expired. Would like to see the vehicle history. I will be in SLC tomorrow and will check the car out. Curious that when you visit the dealers website, they have other NSX's in inventory and make it a point to list the car has a clean Carfax/Autocheck report yet no comments on this car's report. May be another case of a car with a price to good to be true.
 
They have four NSX's listed. 2 - 02, 96 and 91.

The other 02 listed has a lot of wear on the seats for a car with 15k miles on it. Also the VIN sticker is peeling off.

As we all suspected, was to good to be true. I wont be wasting my time looking at this car.

Would you guys be scared off from that black 02? I'm interested in that one and was seriously thinking about it if I sell mine. I have the autocheck, there aren't any records after 2,500 miles for it in 2007 but it has a clean report. What do you think?
 
while looking deeper, what year VIN plate is that from?

i thought the MTXXXXXX was from a early 90s era tag. especially with 2683 as a production number.
 
Yes that is a local dealer here in downtown, slc. I have met the guy a few times and his favorite cars are indeed NSX's, however most of his vehicles have some kind of accident history, salvage history etc. On a brighter note can't knock the guy for bringing some of these cars back to life.
 
I noticed it on Friday and send the seller an Email. No response till yet. But after reading the carfax report, I have to pass.

@ASAEED18: I was interested in the black one, too. But as posted from 93turbonc, the driver seat has a lot of wear for 15K miles. That seams suspicious to me.
 
Yea I love that he brough some NSX's back to life to, but By LAW are they not supose to show that online when advertising? I mean these cars are salvage, so shouldnt it reflect that on the AD? or he will tell you right before you sign the dotted line, and the rolling back of miles,, not a good sign. run from any of his cars.

He was very up front about the salvage title on the silver one, and the price reflects that... but not so forthcoming about the one I was interested in.
