    Looking for early coupe, 30-35K$

We all agree on this paramount of wisdom, but I suggest you read my original post on this thread. Am I looking for a cheap NSX? 30-35K$ for a factory original, well maintained, no accident early coupe isn't cheap. Am I looking for a neglected NSX in need of expensive repairs for a good price? I...

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

Actually not this far. Caliber Auto in Toronto has it listed for 37,500$. No change to the car at all.

    Looking for early coupe, 30-35K$

Very entertaining! I'm pleased with myself! :) You are correct, hence why I no longer expect much to come out of this thread of mine. All I'm doing is asking for the kind of people you describe to get in touch with me, and they have in surprising numbers saying they're not really looking at...

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

No I haven't, I showed up at the dealership once in September to check it out but it's a by-appointment only place and I didn't enquire back after seeing the new pictures showing the gaps between rear fenders and taillight housings. I'm very curious to know the story.

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

I keep getting back to this, to me there is only one question worth asking: what happened to it? The parking lot rear bump explanation seems unlikely to me, the gaps on both rear fenders look too wide for a slow speed bump. I take it there is no crash damage showing up on carproof/fax?

I'm no expert but all these panel gap issues seem to suggest more than just a parking lot bump...

    Seeking Primer help in Toronto

What a team!!! The Toronto NSX delegation on a mission! Potentially intimidating for the seller but worth a laugh and a good story for Prime to boot! Sadly the car is sold, or so it appears since the ad is gone. It was the high mileage black 91 with 5zigen rims and NSXR wing advertised on Kijiji...

    1992 GPW to NA1 NSX R - Mild Conversion

What's the current state of the car? You specified many upgrades were "in the works", which were done and which weren't? Canadian or US car? Accident history? You will save yourself lots of questions if you fill out the standard form and make a detailed list of the upgrades that were completed...

Anyone have a 2002+ NSX for sale?

Could be! Another possibility is that PPI revealed a few needed and expensive maintenance items. Since this car is for sale at "beggar's price", surely it'll be sold tomorrow at the latest!

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

I'm not so sure. There is a new set of pictures on the ad, check the one from straight back, there are unusual gaps between the lights and the fenders, on both sides. I'll let the experts discuss this issue, but for sure there must be a question or two to ask. Link...

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

Sorry I didn't run Carproof since I'm not actively pursuing this one. I did a quick google search and came with nothing except some listing with nothing new from the main ad. I'm pretty confident it is the correct VIN number however, I thought someone could use the info and go from there.

Spa Yellow 97 NSX in Montreal

I think I figured out the mistake in the VIN number posted above, the "1" after "V" should be "T" (assembly plant). Works out to JH4NA216XVT800004 and that's a proper NSX VIN.

How to price high mileage NSX?

Interesting take. There is no doubt a premium is associated with cars already in Canada (whether originally sold here or imported), but I've been following the market closely in the past years and this premium is no longer what it used to be. I suppose this is due to the exchange rate now close...

How to price high mileage NSX?

1992 (no idea about snap issue, at this mileage I would imagine it's either been fixed or will never fail), red with black interior, no option that I can spot on the pics I got, no mod whatsoever.

How to price high mileage NSX?

In my active search for an NSX, I just came across a 170,000 mile example that's been for sale for a few months. The asking price (33K$) is way off what I'd be prepared to pay for it given alternatives in the same price range, but I'm struggling to put a price on such a car, if only for...

WTB: Early coupe, Northeast Canada or USA, 30-35K$

After missing out on 2 rather perfect offerings in the province of Quebec over the past month or so, including primer dj_pal's black 1991 (got in touch with him 2 days before lucky buyer picked it up!), I'm trying the 'wanted' ad approach. Looking for a hard top (no targa please), manual...
