I sold my NSX and bought a 997 Turbo over the summer. I'm bummed and while I originally planned on going anyhow, I just can't take the time off right now. Enjoy Vegas!!

I ended up going 997 Turbo Cab... having owned two NSX's, a '91 and an '03 I just felt I needed something that fit my current lifestyle better. I wanted a convertible for sure, which is why I originally went with the '03 after the '91 in the first place. Then I wanted something a little more...

Wow... made it's way across the country. Looks to still be intact (as I left it) except for a new "A"cura badge on the front bumper and the removal of the rear badge. I wonder if the stand alone AEM was installed.... probably not. The original hood is probably gone too. I think I sold it...

I just realized that Sept. 12 is opening day for Seahawks... and I have season tickets. I'm probably going to the game. Sorry 'bout that! :frown:

It was the first attempt last week... was fairly lame, but he's trying to build it up. I'm not sure if I'll go this week or not, but we'll see. I think he plans on doing it every thursday through August. Brian made it....

Re: Porsche 997 911TT vs. NSX Dude, the cab aspect is the best part... imo. :) I just did a 1500 mile road trip in 4 days last week... the car ate up miles like no other and was so damn comfortable. Top down almost the whole way. Damn it's fast... and I averaged about 22mpg.... hit 150+ mph...

The Archery Bistro in Normandy Park is going to do "Hot August Nights" every thursday in August. Basically just a bunch of nice cars on display with some music, beers, etc. It would be great to see some NSX's there... I'm not sure what will show up, but there should be a few Ferrari's etc...

I gotta work that morning... then right after work I'm taking a 4 day road trip in the 997. Just gonna drive and see where I end up. Day one is Kelowna, BC... from there, not really sure... probably Whitefish, MT and then on from there. I'll try and make it next weekend!
