I would definitely have the TB,WP and valve job done. I had Ramon (Niguel Motors) do my inspection and he is a great guy to work with. Since I live in SF, I had Don (Hill Top) to do my 30K service, hoses, fluids, TB and WP for $ 2200, so the $ 2700 he quoted you is fair plus any hidden hoses...
