I wonder who that other Prime member was
Given Easter weekend and a busy weekend for me, I 'm not sure when I will get to go through the photos taken Friday. Bob, we just returned from D.C. at 1:30am!
Here is a sample of one that looks strikingly similar to one that Bob posted above...
I would have ventured out to join everyone but never noticed the original post :frown: Would have been better than doing yard work all weekend with only a short drive in the NSX Sunday afternoon...
Just thought it would be appropriate to bring this back for the day - I am loving the snow!!!!

I've not received any written notification, and no more calls. Going back 6-9 months I recall getting occasional phone messages asking that I return a call to a collections agency - which I've always ignored until the last one in December... (I called them since I know my sister is over $100k...
Thanks for the FTC link. I'll send them a certified letter when/if I ever get anything in the mail. Not that it means anything, but I had already filed a complaint with the FTC against both EZPass and the collections agency based on the uncooperative responses received from them.
The problem with this one is that it happened in 2005 and NYEZpass sent the letter to the wrong address - so I never knew there was any violation until when a collections agency called this year.
I received one of those letters that you mentioned for a 35 cent NJ toll - they were content taking...
I once sent a letter to all three credit agencies to have a invalid negative record purged with success. I can do that again if needed. I've not received any written notifications from any collections agency nor EZPass and I believe a collections agency is required to provide a written claim.
There won't be any attorney fees, they won't be getting $29 from me, even though it is a relatively small amount. I wasn't even driving the car as they describe it on that day in 2005!
P.S. I never raid others piggy banks! I have my own:smile:
Seems that NYS EZPass has been given the OK to go after all old EZpass violations.
I received a call from a collections agency stating that I have a 2005 violation of an unpaid toll crossing the TappanZee bridge. They are trying to collect $29 for a $4 toll.
NY EZpass misread the PA plate they...
Since this seemed to be lonely snow scene, I thought I would add a couple from my back yard. First from the early morning today and another from mid-afternoon...
The first car I've used was my Dad's '67 Dodge Monaco. After that I bought a 1970 Impala fitted with a 327 cu in engine taken from a 1969 Corvette. I drove the Impala from 1976 through 1979. While I had this car the timing chain slipped and bent 13 valves which resulted in getting the heads...
Happy Bday Chuck! Some of spideys friends wanted to join the festivities...
Don, I thought you knew that you can't teach some really really old dogs new tricks!
