Dynapack will typically read 15% higher than a dynojet and a mustang is usually 15-20% lower than a dynojet that is calibrated properly because you can make a mustang read whatever you want it to. They are all just numbers anyway....there are too many different variables.
You may find some of the plots in this thread interesting

If you look at the various dyno graphs at the power curves you will see the trend of the twin turbos making maximum power a little higher in the power band than comparable output single systems. Most of the plots I have seen of the twins don't make maximum power until 5500rpm and higher.
"I got a TT nsx as a DD, and a rossion q1 for fun. The nsx is probably as fast, maybe a bit faster now from a roll, but the q1 seems a bit more fun to drive because of its light weight. Just loves to corner, and the engine really sounds at home between 4K and 6K rpm...nsx not so much, just seems...
Thank you for clearing that up Ritesh.....it didn't make sense to me, but who was I to dispute the numbers, not like I had one to test out......or will ever for that matter :(
Nah, Cody is supposed to be bringing it back next week sometime....so I had the RS6. I had to drive out to Bedford, NY after the meet to get it reflashed to get rid of CEL for my exhaust. It was a good meet. I'll go again with the NSX next time.
That car is a one owner car maintained by the selling dealer. It even has the old NJ Lic plate. I would let them do the PPI....that's the dealer I mentioned. If it all checks out and they produce the service records, I would then make your deal and make arrangements to have Larry go over the car...
Whose car is it anyway? I know of a few in Marlboro.......it's not really fair to even ask someone to drive two hours to have a PPI done in my opinion anyway.
There isn't anyone really other than Acura of East Brunswick near there. They are about 10-15 minutes away. I don't have any experience with them at all.
He just likes to flap and feel important.......it the quickest stock production car the world has ever seen.....and still gets up to 30mpg fuel economy. The boost does seem kinda high but the numbers are there in B&W.
LoveFab has an upgraded fueling system available. It has new rails and lines and utilizes twin fuel pumps. I think he sells it for somewhere around $1200.
Are you sure about the ID1000's?.......I was at like 95% duty cycle and had to go with ID2000's......now at 40%.....so I would imagine on E85 you would need same.
I have never heard in all my years on Prime someone claim that their NSX strained above 5k RPM....you might want to get a compression/leak down and then if that's ok.....get a new tuner
If you are getting to turbo, don't bother with an NA2. The NA1 is a better platform for a turbo set up....plus has the added rigidity of being a coupe.
Didn't catch the "kid" reference.....lol. Thought you were going to look at the 00' that was for sale.
Least they can do when your $275k+ car takes almost a 30% hit in a year or less:rolleyes:
But in all seriousness I think they are making the best cars on the planet right now. Hopefully I will be able to acquire one in the next 3-5 years.
Anyone want to buy a really nasty NSX? Lol
