Honcho's Long Road to Imola Type-S Zero

Is the 1.230 Kg of the NSX-R with gas? I don't know how Honda started with a 1.370 Kg car, subtracted 120 Kg and ended with 1.230 Kg... Well my car is poewer steering (1.390 Kg), so you can save some weight there... but I also have many places where I saved weight compared to the...

RYU's "properly molested" NSX build thread

Yes! I think the "OEM +" look is the way to go... It would be amazing if the setup could sit below the NSX-R mesh cover... but unless you go to shorter trumpets it looks like impossible task...

My car is EU spec, but it Should be the same... see it here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/170650-BBVNSX-93-EDM-NSX-From-Portugal!/page7?p=1977698&viewfull=1#post1977698 It was an easy job, just small cuts IIRC, and you have to remove bolts from ECU units Regards Bruno

    Procar Specials NSX

Well, for me is something I might consider in the future. From the pictures, It does look like it reduces rear clearance significantly, I don't DD my NSX (not even close...), but the car must be usable in the street... but I know that if you want some functionality on the diffuser, clearence...

17/17 and 17/18 Tire Choices - not much left.

Well... Honda/Acura manual and door stickers say 33/40 PSI street tire pressure ... I decreased that to 33/36 because R888R recommended hot tire pressure below 40 PSI to have best grip. On a semi-slick tire like R888R, when driving on the street, you don't get close to the temperatures...

Why don't more owners run cams?

Couldn't say it better Honcho. And modding a car is not all about numbers, is about sensations and being part of the equation... is like fishing.... you can buy the fish... you can even buy bigger fish... but fishing is not all about the fish...
