I too have the 235/40/17 in front.. I do rub if I turn to 75% of full lock to lock.. right now my drivers side inner fender is rubbed off and my tire has chew marks (or lines) on the outside. Someone told me to adjust the CASTER and it should not do that.. Yet I dont see how that is possible...
