Jalopnik write-up on an Acura dealership service dep't experience

Watched the videos, youtuber was very calm and never aggressive with Troy Acura, but they (Troy acura) totally dropped the ball on this one while another dealer was the saving grace in this situation.
 
I work for an Acura dealership and that dealer absolutely dropped the ball, I'm surprised their service advisors don't take pictures of the whole car inside and out before taking it back to get parked before service work( as we do for our service drive process)........ You would think a Multi Million Dollar dealership would do everything possible to cover their rear before performing work.......Quite interesting Acura of Troy.
 
I loved the cameras when I worked in dealerland - saying “ let’s go look at the video of your car when it arrived on the service drive “ pretty much put an end to all the bogus claims from customers ( and employees ) about who caused and when the damage occurred. I was shocked shocked at all the lying by everyone!
