what are your recommendations for front/rear and offset?

Those seem like pretty nice wheels, looks like they were just released so I doubt anyone has these exact wheels. I would think the 17x8 et42 and 18x9.5 et37 would be ok, especially at under $1000/set.

what offset produces flush fitment?

18x9.5 - 37

"flushness" will also change whenever you decide to lower your car. Or if it's lowered already.
