Hey guys, figured I'd make a thread on Zanardi #32 since it has seen a huge transformation and gone through 3 owners in the past 6 years. #32 has seemingly come "full circle" starting in SoCal, getting heavily modified, and coming back to SoCal completely stock.
Alas-NSX picked it up in 2011 with 11k miles from the original owner whom had it registered in Orange County, where I currently live:

DeHaldasWerth picked it up sometime in 2012 and started modding it, heavily:

I picked it up earlier this year from SOS with 21k miles on the clock. The mods were extensive: SOS super charger, StopTech BBK, Pro Drive wheels, SOS Enduralite exhaust, 02+ tail lights, KWV3 Suspension, NSX-R chassis bars, DF rear wing, and a few other goodies. It came with all stock parts down to the last nut and bolt. All the modified parts were completely reversible and I had Chris from SOS swap out the super charger for the original components.
I have to say, the car is in amazing condition. Some previous owner covered the entire front end in a clear bra. Car has zero dings, and the interior is in immaculate condition. The only thing that is missing and I wish I had was the window sticker
. Also, I have to give a big shoutout to Chris. As always, top-notch guy who went above and beyond in facilitating the deal.
In the shop, prepping for pickup:
On a trailer, going home to SoCal:
Removing the BBK. I was sure to replace the original dust covers that were cut to make room for the BBK. This involved removing the hub assembly!
Removing the Enduralite:
Downforce wing was removed, luckily the previous owner didn't cut the harness:
The radiator cover was cut for the NSX-R front chassis bar, bought a new one and re-installed:
Back to stock, except for the KWV3. Pictured with Zanardi #7 in the back, which I sold.
Adding an OEM engine cover from Japan, does this count as a modification?
Met up with the new NSX at Highway Earth in Beverly Hills:
She was having a misfire, so I took it in to Ramon @ Niguel Motors for some maintenance. All ignition coils were replaced, new spark plugs, and new CV boot along with an oil change:
I also asked Ramon to swap out the KWV3 for the stock Zanardi suspension (Alas-NSX's post says that he wasn't sure if the Zanardi suspension was kept intact, I verified it. Still there!
). Also, excuse the messy garage, just moved into a new house and haven't had time to clean it. Also need to move the Imola in.
That's it for now, thanks for looking!
