first off, great choice btw.
I've been a detailer for years now and for my own car, I've tried just about every polishing system on the market and keep going back to Zaino. Zaino's latest formulation is simply the deepest, wettest looking finish with a nice slick feel to the paint. I've only got about 10 coats on my car.
But back to your situation. The only "zaino detailers" I know are in the U.S.
its quite easy and I recommend a DIY.
However, please do note, its most expensive and labourious right off the bat. Maintaining the shine is cheap and easy once you get the right stuff.
Note: very very thin coats. Almost invisible

I recommend these:
Any Clay Bar - and clay the car first, to remove all previous wax/polish , as dawn wash does not remove everything
zfx - you will need this for proper 1st time curing and drying. You will get maximum 3 months without using it, as opposed to 5 -6 mths
Zaino - applicator
z5 pro - filler , depth
z5 pro - polish for highest and wettest looking finish
z6 - spray in between
z8 -grand finale spray as a topper and it will be killer
Good high threaded micofibre towels
hope this helps..
