I have a 1991 NSX with the stock bose stereo.I have been having a problems with the speakers having a loud sound like feedback and you can't control the volume at the head unit.First i took the two speaker amps out that are in the passenger side door and the footwell . The drivers side worked o.k. i took the two over to have them repaired at a bose factory repair in lawerance Ks,they said nothing was wrong with them. In the meantime the drivers side door speaker started to do the same thing.
I was able to buy a 2000 model stereo on the fourm and i put the new head unit in and the drivers side door did the same thing it was doing, but when i put the new speakers in the doors everthing was fine. I was also able to use the old footwell speaker that was makeing noise with old head unit.Any ideas of why the new head unit works with the new door speakers and the old footwell speakers but won't work with the old door speakers.
