I contacted Brian about a CCU that was part of a friends car I was working on. After removing the climate control, I noticed it had one of Brian's cards taped to it. I sent him the unit for diagnoses/repair and he totally went through, found a problem and fixed it - FREE....under his own warranty. I was not expecting this, as the original work was done for another owner - who knows how long ago. Brian is a vendor that exemplifies great customer service.
